Witness Performing Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the artistic and personal development of individuals from childhood through adulthood. Our mission is to promote, encourage, and provide both traditional and non-traditional education and training in the performing arts—empowering individuals to discover, develop, and refine their natural gifts and talents.

​We believe that artistic expression is deeply connected to one's identity and purpose. From the earliest stages of life, our programs are designed to support holistic growth—mentally, spiritually, and creatively—helping each participant thrive in the fullness of who they are.
Our dance curriculum is rooted in both technical excellence and biblical principles, providing a unique approach that builds skill, discipline, and spiritual insight.
Through our Mentor Dance Program and Coaching Tracks, students gain access to personalized guidance, performance opportunities, and online education. Members enjoy unlimited access to our online platform, which includes Dance Skill & Technique Training as well as Media Coaching resources.

Introduction: On Thee MarQuee is not just a program — it's a transformative platform designed to nurture and elevate young artists in performing and visual arts. Founded and led by MarQue Munday — a former Radio City Rockette, internationally acclaimed performer, and visionary director — this initiative blends artistic excellence with professional mentorship, helping youth progress from aspiring talent to professional status.
Our Mission: On Thee MarQuee operates under the umbrella of Witness Performing Arts, Inc., a non-profit organization founded by MarQue Munday in October 2001. Witness Performing Arts, Inc. is dedicated to teaching and training youth in performing arts and community outreach, empowering young artists to discover their creative voice and share it with the world.
Through On Thee MarQuee, we provide consistent training, performance opportunities, and global exposure through social media, podcasting, and YouTube. With monthly showcases — and an ambitious plan to grow into weekly events — On Thee MarQuee creates a vibrant community where dreams take center stage.
